Regarding Black Listed Contractor

After the tender is accepted, if the concerned contractor fails to execute the agreement within the stipulated time frame, despite repeated notices, they are blacklisted. Their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is also forfeited, and their registration is blocked, preventing them from participating in future tender works in all departments of the district, as per the rules.
